Keiosha Townsend
First Lady | Co-Owner
Keiosha Townsend is the first lady of Operation Gina Belles (OGB). She is integral in guiding, planning, and preparing for direct, organizational, and strategic levels of operations since the initial concept was conceived. While you may not see her present during daily operations, the results and vision are a direct reflection of her vision, concept, and commitment to showing the world love, care, and compassion through her mother-in-law, Mrs. Gina's dream, and OGB. Keiosha advises Rick on business management, marketing, catering, sales, and the development of business ventures.
You may see Keiosha working daily as a Board-Certified Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. She completed her graduate studies at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) and her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Troy State University. She also holds a certification in Psychiatric Mental Health and is an Associate Realtor with RE/MAX Five Star Properties in Louisville.
Keiosha has over 16 years of experience in the nursing field. Her expertise in healthcare allows her to focus on her clients’ needs holistically when buying or selling a home. Truly trusted in healthcare and real estate.
Keiosha pursued real estate with the same purpose as healthcare: to help others. As a realtor, Keiosha is an advocate for exclusive savings on real estate with Homes for Heroes; she desires to help individuals and families achieve their goal of home ownership.
With over 21 years of honorable military service, Rick has traveled the world and has a vast amount of knowledge of logistics and comfort dishes made from traditional recipes using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Operation Gina Belle’s Perfected Palate is bringing southern cuisine flavors directly to neighborhoods, events, and cities near you. The vision dreamed of is a cultural experience through a food truck that tells a story with a special dedication to Mrs. Gina V or Mama G — from music to menu design, every detail embodies southern roots, love, laughter, and hospitality.
You may also see Rick coaching in the local community or speaking at engagements to help Veterans and their Families on military opportunities and assisting disabled Veterans. Rick previously served as a Rating Veterans Service Representative for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He completed his Master of Science with a concentration in Marketing from Columbia Southern University. He also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Sports Management.
Finally, being able to provide experiences and make his Mama’s name, live on is the ultimate accomplishment. Authentic classics, straight from the south to share the southern hospitality experience with communities like no other.
